These acrylic belt templates are intended to ease the burden of mismeasurement or misalignment of belt blanks, or accessory straps. The templates are all made from .093 inch | 2.4mm thick cast acrylic.
Each template is (13" | 330.2mm) This will cover the typical buckle end and point end, with a 3-inch gap from the tip of the English point to the first adjustment hole. If you require a larger or shorter gap, the template can be slide to where you would like your first hole to begin. Each hole is measured to a 3/16" hole.
All templates have adjustment holes at 3/4" between holes for 3/4" adjustments. These templates include (7) holes as intended for belts under 50" if over 50" the standard is (5) adjustment holes.
All templates feature a rounded end guide and English Point guide for ease of belt end creation.
Lastly, a dashed outline makes identifying holes for buckle placement, and belt keeper location and skiving area is also included.
All sets include a steel keychain to keep your sets organized and contained, easily hung on a nail or stowed away.
A 1/4" and 1 cm ruler is also located on the belt, this can be used as a simple ruler, however, to keep the design clean we have opted to leave the measurement numbers out of the overall design, if you have a standard size you work with, I recommend adding a colored indicator to the tick mark, this allows flexibility in your particular template.
